Andrea Shilston

Andrea was born and raised in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and is one of the few who can actually lay claim to the title 'native' of this coastal community. Growing up in the vacation rental, property management, and real estate sales business gives Andrea a unique insight into all aspects of Baldwin County property whether it be real estate sales, vacation rentals, development, or property management.

She received her BS in Finance from Auburn University and returned to the beautiful Gulf Coast to begin her career at Kaiser Realty, Inc. With almost 20 years of real estate sales experience and previous work in multiple aspects of real estate, including accounting, title, and development, Andrea is equipped to guide you through the process with impeccable service, patience, and communication.

Andrea is a wife, mom of two, and Co-Owner/Broker of Kaiser Sotheby's International Realty. She serves as an Alabama Association of REALTOR® Director, is a member of Baldwin REALTOR® and Baldwin MLS, and is a member of several philanthropic organizations. She and her family split their time between Fairhope and Orange Beach and enjoy taking part in all that Baldwin County has to offer.
