Jillian Wills

As a Southern California native, Jillian Wills brings with her a zest for establishing relationships and a refreshing confidence that attracts diverse buyers and sellers, locally and throughout the Pacific Sotheby’s Global Network. After nearly a decade in real estate, Jillian is an exceptional communicator with responsiveness and transparency as the foundation upon which her practice is built. Jillian ensures that every client is thoroughly informed and aware of their options at every step of the process of buying or selling their home. Jillian is a creative marketer and is passionately involved in the local real estate culture and community, allowing her to maximize relationships and opportunities by leveraging her marketing expertise in digital technologies.

Jillian keeps her technical skills fresh by also serving as the Client Service Coordinator at CAIN Group, the #1 Small Team in Orange County per WSJ/Real Trends for 2022. Prior to joining CAIN Group, Jillian had a successful real estate career in the Greater Palm Springs Coachella Valley as one-half of a mother-daughter team with Rachel Wills Group. During this time Jillian also served as chair of the Desert Young Professionals Network (YPN) of the California Desert Association of Realtors and was nominated as one of Locale Magazine’s “Favorite Female Influencer” in Greater Palm Springs.

Calling Newport Beach home, Jillian is proud to have recently graduated from the highly selective Newport Beach Foundation Distinguished Citizen Program. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her puppy, Maverick, and exploring all the fabulous local restaurants and coffee shops of Orange County. Jillian is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University.
