Pacific Sotheby's International Realty
With an extensive tenure of more than 30 years in the real estate industry, Julie earned her license in 1997 and has since focused almost exclusively on luxury home transactions. Throughout her career, Julie has cultivated a reputation as an authority in contracts and the escrow process, and is known for her unwavering integrity and meticulous attention to detail. Both colleagues and clients alike attest to her professionalism and proficiency, recognizing her as a trusted ally in real estate endeavors. Years of problem-solving experience enables her to navigate complex forms and documentation with finesse, ensuring seamless transactions for her clients.
As the eldest of nine siblings and daughter of a San Diego Realtor, Julie's dynamic personality exudes energy, charisma, and a genuine affinity for people. This quality makes her equally adept at establishing meaningful connections with clients and managing the behind-the-scenes intricacies of the business. Her capacity to thrive and excel under pressure instills confidence and ease in potentially stressful situations, assuring clients of a smooth and rewarding experience.
Julie's creativity finds expression in her approach to marketing properties. She crafts bespoke and compelling marketing materials for each listing, tailored to resonate with the unique target audience. By consistently maintaining a fresh and captivating look for every property, Julie ensures that her listings stand out in the competitive market.
Committed to making the home buying and selling journey as smooth as possible, Julie serves as an invaluable partner, providing expert guidance, unparalleled service, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their real estate dreams.
When not working on her business, Julie also serves as a Board Member for the non-profit organization Over the Influence Recovery, volunteers with Future Legends Scholarship Fund, and participates in Umbrella Ministries meetings. She enjoys hanging out with family, friends, and her church fellowship groups, and has a special affinity for spending time with those with Special Needs, especially her son who has Autism. She plays a mean game of Canasta and is almost always a gracious winner. Although she's been known to go on easy hikes and walk her Husky, Cali, one of her favorite pastimes is doing crossword puzzles with her husband and seeing how many answers they can fill in until they have to use Google.
