A proud alumni of Grand Canyon University, Tyler studied Business Administration and Marketing while competing on a golf scholarship—an early testament to his discipline, leadership, and competitive edge. He brings that same drive and focus to every transaction, combining market insight with a client-first approach.

Tyler is well known for representing some of Coronado’s premier properties, including exclusive homes in both the Village and Cays communities. As an avid boater and offshore fisherman, he has a deep appreciation for the waterfront lifestyle, and a particular passion for the Cays, where he enjoys connecting buyers with the unique opportunities this coastal enclave offers. His expertise also extends beyond Coronado, with a strong record of success selling luxury properties up the San Diego coast, including in prestigious markets such as La Jolla.

Beyond real estate, Tyler is an active contributor to his hometown. He has served multiple years on the Board of Directors for the Coronado Real Estate Association, as well as on the Board for Coronado Promenade Concerts in the Park. He’s also proud to serve the community as a local Coronado Little League coach, investing in the next generation of island kids.

Tyler and his wife Ashley—his high school sweetheart—have been married for 19 years and are raising their two children, Caleb (12) and Norah (1), in the heart of Coronado. It’s this personal investment in the community that fuels his commitment to helping others find not just a house, but a home.
