Amanda Uggla

Hey, I’m Amanda Uggla. I was born in the heartland of Topeka, Kansas, and learned the value of hard work early on as a collegiate athlete. After earning my Associate of Science degree in 2001, I moved to Tennessee—and I knew right away it was where I was meant to be. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2006 and spent the next few years gaining experience in sales, management, and promotional advertising in the corporate world.

In 2014, I got my real estate license and haven’t looked back since. My first year blended resale and new construction, which gave me the knowledge and confidence to guide clients through every kind of transaction. In 2021, I ranked in the top 10 in my company with nearly $12 million in personal sales. I followed that with a top 20 finish in 2022 and a record-breaking $14 million year in 2024.

Earlier in my career, I also had the opportunity to be part of a powerhouse team that sold over $50 million in their first year together. These days, I live in Franklin, Tennessee with my husband Mike and our three kids—Keaton, Logan, and Kennedy.
