Hiren brings over 15 years of experience in real estate, with a strong focus on helping developers, investors, and landlords optimise their portfolios through capital financing, monetisation and divestment strategies. His expertise spans the full spectrum of land transactions—from detailed property analysis and identifying strategic partners or joint ventures, to fundraising, investment sales, sale-and-leaseback structures and project marketing.

He has held leadership roles with Anarock Property Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, where he successfully set up and scaled the land services team, driving significant transactions and building long-term strategic alliances. Prior to this, he spent five years with Colliers International, Pune, where he deepened his experience in fundraising, complex deal structuring and portfolio optimisation across the region.

Hiren holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (International Business) from Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pune University.
