Dani Davis

Born and raised in Redmond, Washington, Dani has felt a deep connection to Central Oregon since first visiting in 2008. Over time, that connection only deepened, and she and her husband eventually knew Bend was where they wanted to plant roots for good. They now call Tetherow home, along with their 100-pound Bernese Mountain Dog, Gus.

Before real estate, Dani spent five years in the financial technology industry, where she honed her ability to simplify complex systems and guide her clients through high-impact decisions with clarity and care. With a degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, she brings a calm, people-first approach rooted in communication, empathy, and sharp attention to detail.

Blending a strategic mindset with creative marketing, Dani is known for her in-depth market knowledge and commitment to keeping her clients informed on local trends and opportunities. Whether representing buyers or sellers, she approaches each transaction with precision, transparency, and a genuine desire to make the process seamless and rewarding. She believes real estate is equal parts strategy, information, and connection, helping her clients feel supported, understood, and empowered from the first conversation to closing day.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her skiing at Mt. Bachelor, at GoodDog with Gus, or dancing at live shows at Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Whether it’s Bend’s best food trucks, dog-friendly hikes, or where to grab a killer cocktail after a powder day, she’s always happy to share her local favorites.

Deeply connected to the Central Oregon community she loves, Dani takes pride in helping others find their rhythm in Bend, turning a move into a meaningful new chapter.
