The Wilkins Group is a mother-daughter real estate team with deep roots in Atlanta and decades of combined experience in residential sales and custom homebuilding. Sarah Wilkins began her real estate career in 1986, earning Rookie of the Year and quickly becoming a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers. She later obtained her broker’s license and opened her own firm before becoming a licensed builder. Today, she and her husband, Bob, build multimillion-dollar custom homes across Metro Atlanta. Her extensive construction knowledge, market expertise and no-nonsense approach have made her a trusted advisor to clients for nearly four decades.

Her daughter, Lauren Warner, was raised in the industry — walking job sites with her father and attending open houses with her mother. After beginning her career in education and ministry, Lauren found herself helping friends and family navigate their home searches. With each experience, she discovered how naturally real estate aligned with her skills and interests. Her own personal moves and renovations sparked a passion that led her to pursue real estate full time. She brings warmth, dedication and a strong eye for design to every client relationship.

Their complementary strengths, ranging from construction knowledge to negotiation expertise, allow them to guide buyers and sellers with confidence and care. Sarah and Lauren live in North Atlanta and love calling the city home. Sarah and her husband are founding members of North Point Community Church, and she volunteers with TurningPoint Breast Cancer Rehabilitation in Dunwoody. Lauren and her husband stay busy with their children and enjoy exploring Atlanta’s vibrant dining scene. When they’re not helping clients, you’ll find them cheering at kids’ sporting events, walking the trails or catching up over coffee. They are proud to serve their community through meaningful real estate experiences and grateful to do it together.
