Chrissy Granigan and her daughter Caitlin Granigan bring together decades of experience, fresh perspective and a shared passion for helping clients find a place to truly belong.

A longtime East Cobb resident, Chrissy obtained her real estate license in 1997 and draws on both residential and commercial experience to guide clients through life’s major transitions. Her business is built on integrity, local expertise and genuine connection. She serves clients throughout East Cobb, Alpharetta, Woodstock, Canton and Cumming, offering strategic advice and strong negotiation backed by deep market knowledge. Beyond real estate, Chrissy serves on the board of the Ronald McDonald House and leads charitable initiatives, including the annual “Christmas in July” and February fundraisers benefiting local families.

At just 21, Caitlin brings entrepreneurial drive and an energetic approach to the business. A lifelong local with roots in Roswell and Woodstock, she co-founded and sold a successful event company before becoming a licensed advisor in 2023. Known for her responsiveness, creativity and heart for service, Caitlin focuses on helping clients across Roswell, Alpharetta and Woodstock make confident, informed decisions.
