Lisa Szaro

Growing up as an “army brat” I relocated with my family from Noank CT to Maryland, Washington DC, Germany, Newport, RI and then Mystic CT. After graduating the University of Rhode Island, I moved to Stonington, CT and then built my first home in my 20’s in Mystic. In the 1980’s I met and married my husband Mark and moved to Watch Hill where we raised our son. I have owned several homes and income properties, transitioning with 1031 exchanges, updating properties to increase value, ensuring personal experience of home ownership.

In 1999, I started my career in Real Estate in Watch Hill. Agencies transitioned around me and I am thrilled to remain in Watch Hill now associated with Mott and Chace Sotheby’s International Realty!

For buyers: I will provide you with regular updated property information with your criteria as they enter the marketplace. I will guide you through the buying experience from start to finish, including prequalifying for a mortgage, assisting with the search, negotiating contracts and inspections, and assist side by side at the closing table.
