Rachel Stevens cares deeply about her clients. A native Houstonian - she calls Sugarland home - Rachel is your hometown expert on our city's largest suburbs. She grew up in Pearland and spends a lot of time with family in the Woodlands. As a Realtor, Rachel finds pure joy in helping her clients make the best decisions whether they are buying their dream home or finding the best deal on an investment property. She has a great knowledge of all the master plan communities in the suburbs of Houston. As a seller's agent, she is determined to support her clients from pre-listing meetings to negotiations and all the way to the closing table!

Before stepping into the world of real estate sales, she built her expertise through years of hands-on experience, flipping homes. Specializing in wholesale properties, Rchel mastered the art of identifying undervalued homes, optimizing their layouts, and transforming them into stunning, market-ready properties. With an eye for design, she has an integral role in helping her clients purchase, restore, and sell outdated properties. She truly enjoys being part of the process in creating someone's dream home.

Rachel chose Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty as her new brokerage because she sees the passion and excitement that the entire team has when talking about their clients or latest projects and how everyone comes together to grow collectively.

When she's not with her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family - her two grandmothers are her world! Her hobbies include mentoring young kids through dance. She says they unknowingly give to her more than she gives to them by lifting her spirit and always being her biggest cheerleader.
