Hal Logsdon

Born in Corpus Christi, TX, and raised in Houston and Austin, Hal Logsdon is a graduate of UNT Denton, Texas, with a B.A. in political science. He has a strong work ethic and a long track record of satisfied clients. Hal is fully engaged in the process from start to closing and beyond, with a particular passion for assisting seniors and their families. He is the only Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) Real Estate Broker in the state of New Mexico.

Before entering real estate in 2008, Hal spent 15 years as a highly regarded mortgage banker, most recently as a private mortgage banker and underwriter with Wells Fargo. His residential lending background has been of great value to his clients, providing them with a broad knowledge of the real estate experience.

Prior to relocating to Santa Fe, Hal was a licensed real estate agent in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. When not serving the needs of his clients, Hal gives back to his community as a volunteer with Kitchen Angels, delivering hot meals to homebound Santa Feans. He also supports animal rescues such as Santa Fe Animal Shelter and Espanola Humane, Habitat for Humanity, pancreatic research, and the equal treatment of all human beings.
