With 18 years of experience in banking and real estate, James (Jim) Kane has built a trusted reputation for honesty, diligence, and sharp negotiation skills that consistently yield outstanding results for his clients.

A Philadelphia native and graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Jim began his career in financial services before transitioning to real estate. His expertise spans every facet of the real estate process—from guiding clients through the mortgage and financing journey to crafting marketing plans that maximize returns, interpreting complex contracts, and negotiating sale prices and inspection repairs.

In 2010, Jim was recruited to work abroad for Metro Bank, UK, in London, England, where he met his wife, Hayley. The couple later moved from Philadelphia to South Jersey, where Hayley obtained her U.S. citizenship and together they started a family with three daughters.

Having managed real estate deals for bank clients and personally navigated the transition from city to suburbs, Jim earned real estate licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His dual-market expertise gives him a unique perspective on city and suburban living, allowing him to guide clients with insight into work commutes, school districts, property taxes, and community dynamics.

Jim has successfully assisted clients in buying and selling homes throughout Philadelphia, its surrounding suburbs, and most South Jersey townships—including the Jersey Shore. He specializes in managing interstate transitions and has significant experience with estate sales, REO properties, and short sales for both primary homeowners and investors.
