In addition to real estate, Eric's background includes a former career in broadcast journalism that provides him with a unique perspective on market trends. With experience in cities like Dallas, Charleston, and Denver, along with buying and selling personal and investment properties in Nashville since 2014, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. His ability to handle high-stakes negotiations and difficult conversations is an equally valuable asset in problem solving and achieving his clients’ goals. Eric works tirelessly to create a feeling of calm for clients and is committed to remaining one step ahead to ensure a smooth and stress-free transaction.

Eric lives in Franklin, Tennessee with Trish and their three young children. He enjoys the handful of home renovation projects they have going at any given time. He also loves listening to and collecting vinyl, new and old; running; and playing golf with friends and family. Eric and Trish devote their time to support the Nashville Children's Alliance, and volunteer regularly in their kids' school community.
