Kayli Yoong

Kayli Yoong is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in sales, hospitality, and event planning. She holds a bachelor's degree in behavioral science with a minor in criminology from Cal Poly Pomona. Over the years, Kayli has honed her skills in coordinating large corporate and social events, including weddings, and has developed a deep passion for helping people plan significant milestones in their lives.

Transitioning into real estate, Kayli's focus shifted to helping clients achieve their homeownership goals, whether through purchasing their first home, selling, or navigating the investment property market. Licensed since June 2019, she began proactively working in the industry in early 2020.

Kayli has built a broad client base, having worked in diverse areas from Los Angeles to Palm Springs and beyond. Some of the areas she has covered include the San Gabriel Valley, Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County. She specializes in residential properties but is also experienced with investment properties, 1031 exchanges, and vacant land transactions.
