Meghan Webster

Living in Charleston has always been one of Meghan’s dreams. Visits to the Lowcountry as a child were an annual summer tradition and helped cultivate her love of this historic and charming city. Before earning her law degree, she graduated with political science and communications degrees from Duquesne University. After spending the next few years working in private wealth management, Meghan decided to leave the cold winters behind and call Charleston home. She also followed her true passion by blending her love of residential architecture and design into a full-time real estate career.
After over fifteen years as a Broker/Realtor, Meghan still loves walking into a home and helping her clients imagine the possibilities. More importantly, she loves turning those possibilities into reality by working tirelessly on her clients’ behalf. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Charleston area and its complex real estate market. As a non-practicing attorney, she is also sophisticated in negotiations, which is key to a competitive market.
Meghan resides East of the Cooper with her two daughters and rescue dog Bear. The oldest attends Miami University in Ohio, and the youngest attends Ashley Hall in Charleston. When she is not busy with family, she can be found playing tennis at the Ion Club, kayaking on Shem Creek, or practicing yoga at Charleston Power Yoga.
