Erin Freeman has joined Gibson Sotheby's International Realty after working with Premier Sotheby's International Realty in Winter Park, FL, since 2018. This corporate relocation from Central Florida to the South Shore Boston area gives Erin a unique and fresh perspective on the challenges and opportunities in every aspect of the home selling, buying, moving, and relocation process.

Since 2018, she has leveraged years of advertising and marketing experience to assist customers in maximizing returns on their property and finding creative approaches to navigating the competitive residential market. Erin has represented numerous seven-figure sales but enjoys working at every price point to match the customer to the property and provide exemplary service for sellers and buyers.

Erin's extensive sales record speaks for itself. She has successfully closed over $65 million of personal sales and referral transactions since joining Sotheby's International Realty, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to her clients.

Having experienced over 28 relocations in her life, including a recent move with her family of 5 from Florida to Massachusetts, she truly understands the challenges faced by customers. After a long search throughout Boston's favorite suburbs, Erin and her family settled in Hingham.
