Beth Olsen landed in real estate through designing custom luxury interiors across the US. Her meticulous attention to details defines her creative and calculating understanding of the built environment and real estate. Beth understands how relationships create homes – trust between clients, real estate associates, craftspeople, fabricators, contractors to start. Carefully nurturing those relationships allows Beth to support people moving, designing, and making the complex step of investing in a new way of living.

Growing up in the Midwest, Beth has lived in 13 places and 3 continents, and her love for travel recently took her to Galapagos, the Basque country and skiing in Portillo last August. Beth graduated from Colorado College, competed in diving, a sport she began at age 5, and in 2024 was inducted into the NCAA Hall of Fame as the most decorated diver in Division III history. Her love for flight and gravity sports grew in mountain biking where she became the ultra-endurance regional champion here in Colorado. Her love for skiing inbound at the resorts and mountain biking in Pitkin, Summit and Lake counties Colorado is where she resets, unwinds, and finds adventure.

She is driven by innovation that enables us to live healthier lives, surrounded with beauty, closer to nature and with more productivity. As a certified integrative health coach, Beth has an arsenal of thoughtful and innovative health and training biohacks. In the Valley and inner mountain Colorado towns, Beth gets the chance to use some of these hacks with SheJumps and VTNRbirds organizations that help young women build competence and confidence on the mountain with skis or mountain bikes. Also locally, Beth is an avid supporter of Aspen Art Museum, Aspen Center for Environmental Studies, and Roaring Fork Valley farming.

Beth has built a life balancing a vigorous daily regime of work and play with precision and the ability to shift when needed. Beth has been at home in the Colorado mountains since the late 70s, when her family built their first Colorado home in Silverthorne. Today, she and her daughter return to Silverthorne often for family vacations and holidays. Her daughter, a graduate of Columbia University, Barnard, living in NYC as a software engineer in AI development, is a phenomenal skier and LOVES coming home to the Roaring Fork Valley.

Our Valley is defined by play and recreation, creativity, and innovation – an environment that allows us to live each day in pursuit of our favorite mountain bike trails, endless ski days roaming the resorts or in the back country, and testing the ultimate balance of art, music, cuisine, rodeo - and the imagination. Beth’s ability to integrate play and work is refined. She is here to help you make your next move to the Valley precisely what, when and how you need that to look.
