Cheryl initially went to appraisal school in Florida, then worked for a commercial broker as well as for private developers, honing her broad skills and expertise. In 1993, she got her license in NJ and sold property in Hoboken and other northern areas. Her passion for real estate drove her to also undertake managing a large portfolio of family-owned properties, and to become an investor herself who has self-managed her own personal real estate assets. Cheryl has also built several homes from the ground up, and is a Certified Fung Sui Consultant with a keen eye for the flow and aesthetics of space.
Capitalizing on her success as a commercial, residential and management of properties working for Coldwell Banker Realty in Ridgewood, NJ. Cheryl joined the powerhouse brokerage firm Douglas Elliman in 2016. She draws on her seasoned knowledge of the local markets, and thanks to her association with the firm's offices in NY and NJ, specializes in representing sales listings and buyers throughout Manhattan and Hudson/Bergen Counties.
Clients who work with her benefit from her deep understanding of the real estate process and the value of property as one's home and major investment. She is extremely sensitive to people's unique needs, dedicated to finding the most suitable options, and focused on skillfully negotiating in each client's best interest.
Originally from Washington, DC, Cheryl grew up in Maryland and lived in various other places like Canada, Florida, Texas and New York. She attended the University of Houston, and has worked as an actress with affiliations with the Screen Actors Guild and Actors' Equity.
