Neal Corkery was a precocious know-it-all who grew up reading the encyclopedia (the physical version of Wikipedia) for fun; going from article to article, learning about the world that lay beyond his short reach. Suffice it to say, he had a difficult time socializing with people his age, but he made up for it by befriending wiser people. Those mentors were, in a way, like the encyclopedia with something to teach Neal and with links to other interesting people. Blessed by wonderful relationships, over the years, Neal has grown to be a resource to the people around him. This is the frame of reference he brings to serving clients.
Over the last 25+ years in San Francisco real estate, Neal worked as an escrow officer, real estate paralegal, leasing agent/property manager, real estate salesperson, and the branch manager of a large brokerage. This uncommon breadth of experience gives Neal access to more relationships to lever on behalf of his clients, an instinct for avoiding needless risk, and a knack for finding creative solutions to his clients' challenges.
Being active with the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® - especially on the Standard Forms Committee - is important to Neal. Understanding the latest trends and best practices allows him to make complex issues accessible.
When he isn't selling real estate, Neal volunteers for several animal welfare organizations along with his wife Sylvie. Oh, also don't worry he isn't such a brat anymore…you can ask 3 out of 4 of his siblings.
