Roberto Espada

Roberto Espada has 18 years of experience in the real estate sector. He began his career as the director of an office in the historic center of Milan for an Italian franchise with more than 2,500 offices in Europe. Subsequently, he worked for a company in Barcelona with more than 550 offices in Spain, where he managed the central and northeastern offices in Mallorca. Later, Roberto joined a German-Mallorcan company, serving as head of sales for the Palma offices and expansion manager in the Balearic Islands. His next step was with a German company in Palma, dedicated to real estate, investments, architectural projects, and interior design. After completing various projects with Swedish investors, he helped found a company specializing in buying and selling, investments, project management, and interior design, where he worked for 7 years. Here, he specialized in historic buildings, developable plots, and villa rehabilitation.

Born in Mallorca, Roberto is bilingual in Spanish and English thanks to his English mother and Spanish father. Additionally, he speaks Italian and Mallorcan. His qualities include empathy, crucial for identifying client needs, as well as humility, generosity, and sincerity. In his free time, he enjoys almost all water sports, being in contact with nature, and any activity that recharges his positive energy.
