Over 20 years ago, my wife and I moved to Vashon after discovering this magical, unspoiled Island. Soon after, we started our family and discovered so much more: a tight-knight community, excellent schools, a new network of friends, and a magical place to explore nature as well as the arts.

My community is everything to me which is why I have served both on the Board of Directors for Vashon Maury Cooperative Preschool and the Vashon Food Bank. Both of my children were raised in the “Village” of Vashon families and have gone on to universities and budding careers.

I have a passion for real estate and enjoy helping people navigate the unique “quirks” of the Vashon housing and land market – both from the buyer and seller perspective. My strengths include constant communication, attention to the details and meticulous follow-through – all imperative in the often complicated process of property transactions. With over two decades of experience in residential, second homes, land and waterfront and rurual property concerns, I can help you smoothly negotiate through the buying or selling process.
