Born and raised in East Cobb, Georgia, Kristin’s interest in real estate sparked as a child while house hunting for a new home with her parents. While earning her degree from Kennesaw State University, she delved into property management before moving to Blue Ridge and transitioning into full-time real estate. For over a decade, Kristin has called Blue Ridge home, a town she believes is nothing short of magical. Embracing the beauty of the area’s mountains, rivers and lakes, she fell in love with the peaceful atmosphere and the sense of community.

Known for her mastery of the art of relationships, Kristin cares for her clients throughout the transaction and after and has cultivated strong community connections that enable her to be a sought-after resource. She serves all real estate needs throughout North Georgia, working with individuals, builders and developers. Together with Kelly Schroter, she partners with Log Cabins of Yellowstone and is proud to be involved with Blue Ridge Parade of Homes, which benefits local youth through the event’s Scholarship Foundation.

In addition to her expertise and dedication, Kristin’s love for travel and immersing herself in nature fuels her passion for life and enhances her ability to connect with a wide range of people. Her contagious energy, friendly nature and dog mom persona make her a joy to work with, attracting clients who appreciate her authentic approach. She enjoys bonding with her beloved Pomeranian, Roo—affectionately known as “The Closer”—who accompanies her on property showings.
