'Straight forward and honest. Smart advice that is supported by extensive research. An eye always on the end goal. A thorough understanding of the art of Negotiating. And finally, exceptional, attentive, one-on-one service.' When Nancy and her team are hired to represent you, whether buying or selling, you can expect this, and more. 'Our job is simple - to negotiate to get you the most money for your home, or to negotiate the purchase of a new home for you at the very best price possible. We do our homework. We are connected. We know the market.' After fifteen years in the corporate world, another decade as an award-winning landscape designer, and over thirty years as a community volunteer and leader, Nancy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her real estate business. Over $1Billion in real estate sales and thousands of deals done, in all types of markets, puts Nancy in the top echelon of real estate professionals. Recognized by the Chamber of Commerce twice at their annual Oakville Awards for Business Excellence in the competition for Small Business of the Year, Nancy also was awarded the Key to Oakville by the Mayor in 2022 for her work leading the fight against Amalgamation.

'We believe in the power of the internet. We are up-to-date on all of the latest marketing concepts, and we participate in the best of them.' All of this, combined with the brand awareness and global connections of Sotheby’s International Realty, make for a winning combination for both buyers and sellers when represented by the Robertson Kadwell team. Now a true family operation, Nancy was joined in the business by her son Andrew Kadwell in 2016 and by her daughter Joanna Kadwell in 2022.

Still actively interested in local issues and engaged with local community groups, Nancy continues as a Board Member with the Downtown Business Improvement Association as well as sitting on the the Mayor's Community Leaders' Roundtable. Past achievements include sitting on the Chartwell Maple Grove Residents Association for 11 years, 4 as President. RK is engaged in supporting Home Suite Hope and Lighthouse (two local charities) with fundraising events and donations on an ongoing basis.

Nancy has been a licensed real estate sales representative since 2007. In 2016, Sotheby's International Realty Canada recognized Nancy's significant sales achievement by naming her Senior Vice President, Sales.
