Daphne Lowe’s deep roots in Orleans and extensive experience in resort communities make her a natural fit for Cape Cod’s dynamic real estate market. With more than 20 years of experience in premier vacation destinations throughout the Northeast, Daphne brings a genuine passion for helping clients successfully buy and sell homes. Having relocated frequently in support of her husband’s hospitality career, she developed a keen understanding of the unique considerations facing second-home and vacation property buyers. After more than 30 years of enjoying her family’s vacation home in Orleans, Daphne is delighted to now call Cape Cod her full-time home.

Known for her exceptional communication skills, Daphne ensures her clients feel confident, informed, and supported throughout every step of the buying and selling process. She listens carefully, responds promptly, and provides thoughtful guidance from the first conversation through closing. An Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®), Daphne brings both expertise and dedication to every transaction. She was honored as the 2015 Realtor of the Year by the Windsor County Board of Realtors, where she also served as President. Now an active member of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors, she participates in the Community Engagement Group, is a graduate of the Association’s Leadership Academy, and is proud to be a member of The Eva Scott Group, where collaboration and client-focused service are paramount.

Beyond real estate, Daphne is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She volunteers with Lower Cape Outreach Council and at St. Christopher’s thrift shop, Uncommonly Goods. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, playing tennis, walking her yellow lab, and spending time with her husband, adult daughters, their spouses, and her granddaughter.
