Amanda Chvatal

Amanda Chvatal is a Sales Associate in our Greenville office. Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, Amanda has been in the real estate business for almost ten years. She moved to Greenville from Chicago and is an Iowa State University grad where she majored in Communication Studies & Apparel Merchandising. People are always at the core of her real estate practice. She loves to build relationships and creating space for her clients to evolve as their real estate needs change throughout their life. She truly loves her clients—many of them end up becoming friends. Being a transplant from a larger city, she provides an outside perspective of being new to a city, with long-term real estate experience. She’s an avid traveler, loves trying new restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries (all of which Greenville has plenty to choose from) and submerging herself into her community.
