Judy Frank

In 1977, when Judy Frank moved to Santa Barbara, she immediately fell in love with the easy going beachside community she still calls home. Back then, stoplights still slowed the pace of cars on the 101 freeway, and the sense of a sophisticated small town still intent on maintaining its casual beachside attitude was starting to come into focus. It didn’t take long for Judy to gravitate towards a career in real estate as she had an authentic passion for wanting to share her love of Santa Barbara with others.

Judy spent several years selling real estate and also established her own mortgage company, “Judy Frank Financial”, which served thousands of local Santa Barbara families for more than a decade. Judy has always maintained that Santa Barbara is a wonderful place to raise a family and is relishing in having her grandchildren carry on some of her favorite traditions, like the Fiesta Children’s Parade and the renowned arts and culture of this vibrant city.

Judy’s business acumen through owning her own company, and serving on several company and homeowner association boards, gives her a thorough understanding of how to provide guidance to both buyers and sellers in their real estate endeavors.

Judy has a reputation for being a strong negotiator, extremely reliable, and has a ‘make it happen’ work ethic. Her infectiously positive attitude makes her someone that people find easy and enjoyable to work with.
