Michelle M. Gendler, Esq. (formerly Zelina) graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in French Translation in 2006 and received a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami FL in 2010. Michelle is a licensed attomey in Florida and New Jersey, and holds a retired status in the State of Pennsylvania. During her time in law school, Michelle worked for the Honorable Gisela Cardonne Ely in the 11th Circuit in and for Miami Dade, Florida. After graduating from law school, for more than a decade, Michelle worked for three of the largest Creditors Rights firms in the country, focusing her time in the practice of foreclosure, title, bankruptcy and eviction. Michelle has significant experience representing lenders prosecuting foreclosures, landlord tenant actions as well as representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions. Michelle has also represented corporations as they were acquired by publicly traded companies. When asked, she finds the most excitement from her role managing various development projects and taking clients on showings of luxury listings. Michelle is a member of the Florida and New Jersey State Bar Associations. Michelle is a licensed real estate agent in Florida, focusing her time in the Aventura Office of One Sotheby's. Michelle is fluent in French, with a French Moroccan mother and a Slovak father. When not working, you can find Michelle traveling with her husband and two kids or spending time on the beach.
