Raised in Ocean City, New Jersey, Ava Mumman has always had a deep-rooted passion for real estate. Growing up surrounded by the industry—her grandfather owning a construction company and her mother investing in rental properties—she developed a keen understanding of the market from an early age. Ava is a proud graduate of Ocean City High School. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Business Development. She obtained her New Jersey real estate license in 2022 while still in college, after gaining hands-on experience as an intern for The Wilkins Team throughout high school and beyond.
