Anne Palmquist

I am a Broker Associate with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty and have worked with buyers and sellers to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions for more than 22 years. With extensive experience in negotiations and contract law, my passion for hard work and integrity has been what I value most. My background in construction and development, coupled with a deep knowledge of architecture and design, have allowed me to represent my clients' properties, as well as their real estate objectives, with professionalism and care. I am deeply rooted in the community, raising 5 children, and running several successful businesses over my 40 years in the Ojai Valley. An affiliate of the National and California Association of Realtors, a member of The Ojai Valley Board of Realtors, Santa Barbara Board of Realtors and Ventura County Board of Realtors, I am serving the greater community. Personally, I am an avid hiker, biker, boarder, and beach-goer. I enjoy all that California has to offer from the beach to the mountains in a single day. There is no better place to call home.
