Cliff Perlow

Cliff Perlow comes to Monument Sotheby's International Realty as a member of the Perlow Home Team. He brings extensive knowledge and experience from a long career in sales, new home construction, and land and site development. Cliff transitioned to resale homes in 2017. Being a lifetime member of the Baltimore community has given Cliff an in-depth familiarity with all areas of the city and surrounding counties. He sincerely cares about his clients and aims to successfully assist both his buyers and sellers to reach their realistic goals through the benefit of his industry knowledge, excellent communication, experience, and common sense. Cliff places great value on seeing or hearing about a happy client. Outside of work, Cliff enjoys all types of sports, spending his time golfing, and playing the piano and guitar. He is a founding member and Chairman of the Nikki Perlow Foundation (helping young adults and their families navigate the world of recovery). Cliff actively champions environmental concerns and youth sports.
