Natalie Herrera

Born and raised in Utah, Natalie Herrera has deep roots embedded into her life that has turned into a love for the outdoors, camping and boating which goes back to the beginning of her childhood. Natalie’s work ethic started at a young age where she worked at her family’s restaurant as a little girl and was surrounded by family who lead by example and taught her that she can do anything if she works hard and believes in herself. Natalie grew up in Murray City, where she played softball, loved planning all the events which lead her to be on student council all throughout high school. After graduation she spent some time at Southern Utah University and adventured off for a year in Boston Massachusetts as a nanny, which allowed her to explore, grow and learn about other cultures. At the age of 30 Natalie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at the University of Phoenix. She has always had a passion for helping others and even though life pathways didn’t lead her to teaching, she has always found ways to continue to help others in anyway she can. Natalie has been raising her two little kids and her pup, with her husband in South Jordan since 2013. In 2017 Natalie had given birth to her beautiful daughter and even though being a mom is her number one job, she decided that her passion for helping others lead her to going into this whirl wind career of real estate and she hasn’t looked back since.

Natalie provides you service that is top-quality education, trustworthy, also focuses on you over anything else, and will be your go-to throughout the entire moving process. To Natalie, Real estate is more than finding you the perfect home. It is about building lifelong relationships with every client along the way. Natalie is all about helping her clients live in the moment and finding things that make them happy. Her empathetic side has always been a driving force when it comes to giving back. She just wants to make sure everyone is happy, but also knows that hard work, negotiation and working well with others is important when it comes to the best service in this industry. Her negotiation skills are top notch, and she always finds a way to make sure she gets the job done.

In the short 4 years that Natalie has been in this industry she has won multiple awards for her service, passion, and love for her job. She believes that choosing her career path in Real Estate has opened many opportunities to serve and thrive. Natalie is the life of the party and in between going to all her son’s sporting events and taking her daughter to dance and gymnastics her next favorite thing is to be around her family and friends. Natalie looks forward to working with other colleagues, joining boards, and continuing to grow as a woman, mother, and wife so she can serve her clients in the highest capacity and be the best version of herself while doing it.
