Meredith Schultenover

Meredith comes to Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty following a successful career in the enterprise software industry. Prior to joining the Zeitlin group, she worked as the Managing Director for Kraft Enterprise Systems and led a team of over 20 people. Before her time at Kraft, Meredith enjoyed traveling the nation while working as a systems consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Meredith has lived in many places throughout her life, including Seoul, Korea, while she traveled with her military family. Her parents eventually settled in central California where she went to middle and high school. Meredith went on to attend the University of Notre Dame where she met her future husband. Meredith and her husband of 24 years, Eric, have lived in middle Tennessee together since 2000. They started in mid-town Nashville, then to the Forest Hills area, and as their family grew, they moved to Brentwood in Williamson County where they currently reside with their children. Utilizing her prior systems, marketing, management, and consulting experience is proving to be an excellent asset for her real estate career, benefiting both her buyers and sellers. Meredith’s management technology skillset combined with Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty’s emphasis on investments in new and emerging software tools are helping her clients move quickly and efficiently in this fast-paced market. Meredith and her husband have been real estate investors for many years and plan to continue to grow their portfolio in both middle Tennessee and vacation destinations. Eric grew up in Williamson County and has been an attorney in middle Tennessee for 22 years as well as a founder of Good People Brewing Company. When Meredith is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis in the local women’s NALTA and USTA leagues, skiing out west, volunteering at her children’s school, and watching the Tennessee Titans and Nashville Predators.
