I began my career as a real estate Sales Associate in 1997 in New York and Connecticut (where I continue to hold licenses) before earning my third license here in Florida. Since childhood, I have traveled extensively throughout Florida while visiting r elatives and friends from Panama City to the Keys, and had always dreamed of living in Vero Beach. I am now a Grand Harbor resident and active social member.
I am known for straight-shooting no-nonsense advice in your home purchase or sale. Over my career, I have specialized in waterfront properties, land development, land conservation, farms, and estates. I also have a keen eye for what is realistic in a renovation or build. I have substantially rebuilt or renovated 4 of my houses, and designed and built a specialized garage with a loft for our car collection.
My schooling is in the arts, jewelry design, contemporary art -- and I have experience in several exciting industries including jewelry, art, and photo/film studio management. I am a graduate of FIT in NYC, and I lived in NYC for 15 years and in Pound Ridge NY for 18 years.
