Brian Cosgriff

Brian has first-hand experience in moving homes and relocating multiple times internationally and domestically, and he fully understands the process and what works and resonates with clients. He has been in the U.S. since 1990 and initially lived in Philadelphia before moving to the Triangle area in 1995 and adopting the Raleigh/Durham area where he and his wife would reside and raise their three girls.
Brian is a results-driven real estate broker who commits and promises to understand his client's needs and goals as an essential part of achieving a rewarding buying or selling experience. Providing satisfaction and success in the challenging real estate market is at the center of what he strives for every day. Brian is part of the Bashford Group within the Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty team which offers over a decade of sales experience and knowledge in the Triangle real estate market.
While he and his family have lived in Raleigh, they have custom-built and owned a home in North Raleigh, lived in a 70-year-old ranch inside the beltline, and fully renovated a 1923 bungalow in the popular Five Points area.
An active outdoor enthusiast, Brian enjoys walking the surrounding neighborhoods, hiking when in the North Carolina mountains, riding on the Raleigh Greenway system, and playing golf and pickleball.
