Nevin Murchie

A licensed broker in both Florida and New York, Nevin Murchie is also an attorney specializing in real estate and business, as well as United States and Canadian immigration. For the past eight years, he has been helping customers buy and sell homes in Buffalo, New York, and is thrilled to expand his business to Florida as a partner with the Venice office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty.

Hailing from Clarence, New York, Nevin earned a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master of Public Administration at Cornell University. After representing multiple clients as legal counsel in real estate transactions, Nevin formed a deeper understanding of the purchase and sale of properties and obtained his REALTOR® license. While he enjoys the legal side of transactions, he now enjoys being on the broker end even more. When working with Nevin, his customers benefit from his legal expertise as a real estate attorney as well as his knowledge of the market as a real estate broker.

It is Nevin's top priority to service his customers with straight and open communication and zealous advocacy. By providing his buyers and sellers with all the information available, he is able to assist them in making the best possible decision during what is often the largest purchase or sale they will ever make.

Nevin is a member of the Buffalo Niagara Association of REALTORS® and the Venice Area Board of REALTORS®. In his time away from the office, Nevin enjoys traveling, cheering on the Buffalo Bills and Sabres, spending time with family and friends, or relaxing at home with a glass of bourbon.
