Lindy Sherer

After many years of counseling children and young adults, Lindy Sherer realized the importance of a client-centered approach. She meets each of her clients where they are in their real estate journey with active listening to first understand, an absolute necessity in today’s emotionally powered market. Knowing clients have varying levels of understanding about the real estate process, Lindy finds ways to lend support where it is most needed. With over 10 years of building a real estate team, Lindy and her husband have acquired and renovated over 50 homes. Construction loans, competitive offers, cost effective staging, highest return-on-investment improvements – there is no one size fits all approach to buying or selling real estate, especially in today’s market. Lindy was raised in Knoxville and received her master's in counseling from the University of Tennessee. After moving from Ann Arbor, Michigan to Miami, Florida, she returned home to Tennessee where her heart has always been. Her family settled in East Nashville after falling in love with the walkability, phenomenal eats, and expansive parks hidden on every corner. You can often find her strolling her kids or (electric) biking through the neighborhood and spending many evenings playing golf or tennis down at Shelby Park. Growing up playing competitive sports, Lindy continues to thrive when competing even if it’s just a game of horse. She brings every ounce of her completive soul to help her clients find success.
