Toni Giammalva

Upon graduating from Stephen F. Austin University with a degree in Communication and Marketing, Toni was employed by a personal injury law firm and later for several years was in sales at a medical service company. Traveling extensively all over the country to service clients, was the perfect foundation for understanding the importance of staying focused on the needs and priorities of a customer-based business. This experience ushered in a great platform for her successful career in the real estate industry.

Toni stays abreast of the latest market trends and has an accurate assessment of Houston’s premier neighborhoods. Her total focus is getting to know her clients and stay informed on the area they prefer to live, the importance of schools and specifically the type of home they are seeking. Passionate about real estate, Toni is honored to be a part of the Martha Turner Sotheby’s International team where outstanding tools provide the latest cutting-edge technology. Toni states, “each transaction is different, so I take each one personally and do my best to help buyers find a home they love.”

When listing a home, Toni skillfully navigates her sellers through the process of preparing their home for the market, providing staging if needed. She executes a marketing plan, holds open houses and employs dedication and hard work.

Toni and her family are long standing residents of Memorial Forest. She is a member of the National Charity League and Chi Omega Sorority. Toni volunteers for KIDS MEALS, Houston Food Bank and Mission of Yaweh.
