Jody Atkinson

Jody brings to her real estate practice exceptional people skills and a results oriented work ethic. Her real estate career is complimented by decades in the arts and business, fostering a unique blend of creative talents and entrepreneurial acumen. Having restored her 1840’s Victorian after moving from NYC to the Hudson Valley, she has an appreciation for old and unusual homes, as well as for the clean lines of mid-century and contemporary architecture. Her lifelong love of houses, interior design and how people create a home that is an expression of themselves, is what led her into real estate.

Jody’s listings have appeared in prestigious publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Architectural Digest, and New York Magazine. She has volunteered in her community and the local schools, served on the board of The Tomkins Cove Library, worked at The Garner Arts Center, and owned a yoga studio for over a decade. Jody graduated from Cornell University, has traveled extensively, and enjoys writing, gardening, sailing and the arts.
