Sean Gillispie

With a strong focus on Land & Ranch properties throughout Central Texas, land development and sales, commercial listings, luxury residential properties, and new construction builds, Sean Gillispie leverages 27 years of expertise in business management, marketing, and customer service to deliver an exceptional client experience. In 2021, Sean achieved a record-breaking year, earning induction into Kuper-Sotheby’s International Realty’s President’s Club and recognition as one of San Antonio Business Journal’s Top 25 Luxury Agents, with over $28 million in sales across Land & Ranch, commercial, and residential properties. Sean has since been re-inducted into the President’s Club and honored as a Platinum Top 50 Finalist for two consecutive years. Since starting his career in 2019, Sean has exceeded over $67 million in closed transactions, reflecting a highly successful career in real estate.

Sean’s entrepreneurial spirit and business management background enable him to manage complex projects with efficiency, excellent communication, and strong negotiation skills. He is a Luxury Home Council Member and holds several designations, including Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), New Home Construction (NHC), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).

Although not a native Texan, Sean proudly considers himself an adopted one. After moving to McAllen, Texas, in 1991, he attended The University of Texas-Pan American before pursuing Business Management and Marketing studies at Texas Tech University. Sean has called San Antonio home since 2001, where he enjoys family life with his wife and children, frequently attending their many sporting events.

Sean is deeply committed to philanthropy, having raised nearly $100,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through events and fundraisers. After touring the facility, his dedication to helping children with life-threatening illnesses grew even stronger. In 2020, Sean shifted his focus to supporting ChildSafe, Bexar County’s leading trauma-focused care center for child victims of abuse and neglect, where he continues to help with events and raise awareness.
