Lisa Travers

A true North Idaho native, I was born in Coeur d’Alene, spent my early years in the Silver Valley, and have called Sandpoint “home” since 1975. From the moment I arrived, the natural beauty of this mountain town and its spirited community resonated deeply with me. I grew up skiing, camping, boating, and exploring everything our incredible region has to offer before graduating from Sandpoint High School.
My journey then took me to California, where I earned a degree in Finance from California State University, Fresno. I began my professional career as a commercial lender for Bank of America in Southern California and later spent three decades in Orange County operating a successful commercial plumbing company while raising my two beautiful daughters. In 2015, I returned to Sandpoint and immediately rediscovered the profound sense of belonging I had always felt here.
Upon my return, I joined Tomlinson Sotheby’s International Realty as an assistant to one of the region’s premier agents, gaining invaluable firsthand experience in luxury real estate representation. In 2020, I was invited to become an agent in my own right, proudly aligning my business expertise with the world-renowned Sotheby’s International Realty brand. I have had the honor of serving the Selkirk Association of REALTORS® as a Director, Vice President, and as the 2023 President.
I am passionate about Sandpoint, its unmatched natural splendor, and the warm, adventurous spirit of those who call it home.
