Mandy Cooper

Mandy Cooper moved to the area in 2001 after a destination wedding in Grayton Beach. She loved it so much, she stayed. After exploring the area and becoming more acquainted with the communities along 30A, Mandy earned her real estate license in 2003. That, combined with her bachelor's degree in marketing from Middle Tennessee State University, has helped her serve her clients with a holistic approach while enjoying beach life.

She began her career as a sales representative for a condominium developer and quickly earned 'top producer' status before moving on to a broader scope of residential sales in 2007. Today, she works for Scenic Sotheby's International Realty, selling luxury and resort properties in 30A's many beach communities as well as Miramar Beach, Destin and Panama City Beach.

Mandy's portfolio comprises second-home buyers and investors, but she also loves helping local families buy and sell their primary residences. Her marketing prowess and passion for coastal living have helped her earn accolades from her customers and colleagues alike. She prides herself on working very well with other local agents so they can achieve the common goals of buyers and sellers in all transactions.

In her free time, Mandy can be found exploring local waterways with her children, Sam and Walt, from her home on Choctawhatchee Bay. She also enjoys yoga, exploring other areas and countries, scuba diving and hiking. She summited Mount Kilimanjaro in January 2024.
