Sara Ludlam

As a Nashville native and second-generation Realtor, Sara recognizes the confidentiality and trust her clients expect of her and she works hard every day to exceed their expectations. Prior to being a Realtor, Sara was an elementary teacher and worked as a major gifts manager at a local art museum. Through these careers Sara understands the importance of building relationships, being flexible and putting her clients first. Sara is partnering with her mother who has been in real estate for over 21 years in the Nashville area. Their partnership will allow them to provide a high-touch experience for their clients. In her free time, you can find Sara at her neighborhood farmer’s market, attending high-school football games (her brother is a coach in the area), walking her neighborhood greenway with her family and pups, spending time at playdates with friends or cooking dinner with her family. Sara has a passion for Nashville and spends most of her time enjoying Nashville treasures and adventuring to new places around the city.
