Janelle Flaherty

A third generation Arizona Native, Janelle was born and raised near Paradise Valley. She graduated from ASU with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and became a licensed agent a few months later. She began serving commercial and residential clients in 2006. After years of real estate being a part-time career, she decided to join Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty as a career agent in 2019.

With her husband as a NRHA Reining horse trainer, she has enjoyed finding her niche assisting clients in the equestrian community with their real estate needs including but not limited to horse property throughout the whole state. Her clients testify her fabled service is evidenced by excellent communication, personal attention, knowledge and experience. In 2020, she received the Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty Chairman's Board recognition for the Pinnacle Peak office and was named a winner of the Scottsdale Association of Realtors 40 Under 40 in 2021.

In her spare time, Janelle enjoys any trip to a Mexico beach and running her kids around to flag football games, swim meets, and dance competitions.
