Abbey Williams

North Carolina born and raised, Abbey appreciates the lifestyle and amenities that the Triangle area offers and loves helping clients settle into this area she feels lucky to call home. Abbey grew up in Goldsboro, a town an hour east of Raleigh, and graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in marketing and public relations. Right after graduating, she obtained her real estate license and then received an opportunity at Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty in Charleston, South Carolina, where she spent a year as the assistant office manager. Receiving her first taste of the real estate industry in a city with such historical and beautiful homes was a dream come true. She was able to experience all of the behind-the-scenes work of a real estate transaction before deciding she wanted to utilize her North Carolina license and become a broker. As hard as it was to leave the Charleston charm, Raleigh was calling her home.



Abbey was drawn to real estate because she is a natural helper and thrives in a fast-paced and people-centric environment. She enjoys navigating clients through every step of the home buying or selling process, whether it’s marketing and selling luxury properties or educating and assisting first-time homebuyers from their first showing to the closing table. Previously serving as the marketing coordinator, Abbey understands the importance that professional marketing plays in selling a home and how to maximize the reputation and network of the Sotheby's International Realty brand.



As a fourth-generation Tarheel, Abbey enjoys heading back to Chapel Hill frequently for football and basketball games. She grew up spending her summers in Atlantic Beach and enjoys getting back out on the water every chance she gets. She jumps at any opportunity to travel, especially somewhere tropical or snow skiing out west each winter. Abbey is involved in the Junior League of Raleigh and volunteers for Step Up Ministry, which provides career and life skills training to those facing barriers in our community. Abbey and her husband live in the North Hills neighborhood of Raleigh with their Basset Hound, Ladybug, and she enjoys walking to the area's restaurants, shops, and fitness studios.
