Marcia Zercoe has 30 years of investment management experience; her expertise in the securities markets, real estate investment and the mortgage market have helped her to develop unparalleled skills in negotiating and property valuation. Marcia spent the early part of her career managing fixed income portfolios for banks, insurance companies and investment firms in Baltimore and Philadelphia. Ultimately, she became the second ever and youngest female partner at a $5 billion investment management firm outside Philadelphia where she was responsible for managing half of the firm’s assets. Her long time passion for historic homes, real estate, architecture and interior design led her back to school for a certificate in architecture/interior design and real estate license. Marcia has a Master of Finance degree from Loyola University, a B.S. degree from Towson University in Economics and Finance and a Certificate in Interior Design. An Annapolis resident for over 25 years, Marcia lives in the Historic District/Murray Hill; she has adult fraternal twin daughters, Madeline and Justyn and a Standard Poodle, Andre. She participates in Annapolis Yacht Club’s Wednesday Night Sailboat Races, kickboxing at Crabtown Kickbox and biking around Annapolis or on the B&A Trail.
