Susan Whitfield

Previously residing along the east coast from Washington, DC to Boston and Maine, Susan began selling real estate as soon as she arrived in Charleston in 2010. She found this intriguing city to be a welcoming and friendly place to call home and because she is from “off” feels she has the inside track helping clients relocate and settle in here in the beautiful Lowcountry. Susan lives by the Golden Rule, always keeping in mind that her fiduciary commitment to her clients is foremost.

Currently she resides in Mt. Pleasant, but has also lived in several highly desirable areas known for luxury residences, including South of Broad and Daniel Island. She has been an animal welfare advocate and an avid rider throughout her life and currently fox hunts with the Middleton Place Hounds and with the Lowcountry Hunt throughout the tri-county area. Tennis, exercise and reading are constants in her life and she loves being outside appreciating the Lowcountry’s beautiful weather and natural habitats.
