Barb Ryder

Barb Ryder attended the University of Western Ontario graduating with a Double Major in Philosophy and Psychology. She then continued her studies at Ontario Teachers College graduating with a Primary School Specialists Degree.

She started her career teaching at French Immersion Allenby Public School for four years. Since then Barb has been selling residential properties in Toronto and Muskoka for over 30 years and has earned prestigious awards for her achievements in sales. Over the years her clients continue to grow from an appreciative client base, who are happy to refer her. She loves the diversity of the homes and the clients that she has had the privilege and pleasure to work with.

Barb also stays engaged with her three children and six grandchildren. She has volunteered in many roles including the Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook Hospital as well as several leadership roles at her church including drafting budgets, fundraising and co-chairing art selections for the L.P.C.C. Art show.

With any spare time, Barb and her husband enjoy travelling, sailing, downhill skiing and reading.
