Noah Niwinski

A native of Asheville, North Carolina, Noah Niwinski first moved to Boone, North Carolina to attend Appalachian State University, where he would go on to earn undergraduate and graduate degrees in urban planning. While at Appalachian State, Noah also competed as a D1 athlete in cross country and track, and he also was a veteran member of the university's cycling team, helping the team claim multiple national championships. After completing his studies, he worked in several major metropolitan areas in economic development and luxury property management, however, the mountains of western North Carolina were always home.

Since move back to the High Country, Noah has spent over a decade in the outdoor hospitality industry as an endurance sports coach and consultant, leading international groups on cycling tours throughout western North Carolina as well as various parts of Europe. When it comes to the areas surrounding Boone and Asheville, there is hardly a road or mountain that he is unfamiliar with in the region, and you would be hard-pressed to find anyone with this type of deep and intimate knowledge of western North Carolina.

The knowledge is a vital part of being able to properly select or sell a home in this region, as there are many unique locations that cater to specific desires and needs. Noah's experience in luxury residential management facilitates his ability to understand and anticipate the needs of his clients, and in doing so creates an agent/client relationship that is built on comfort and trust. He has worked with lifelong locals as well as those who are coming to the area for the very first time, highlighting the importance of communication and support in creating a relationship and experience that helps clients call the mountains home.

Outside of real estate, Noah continues his work as a professional endurance sports coach, having worked with 100+ domestic and international athletes to help them achieve their athletic/personal goals. He currently serves as a board member for the local nonprofit, Boone Area Cyclists, and also regularly assists in organizing and promoting several local cycling events.
