Harold Wagner

Erik’s 10 years growing up in Europe – including 4 in the home of a Belgian Knight – was the genesis of his love of homes and his appreciation of their story about the people who live in them. Licensed in 1995, he has dedicated his career to matching the needs and desires of his clients with ideal real estate solutions. He finds the responsibility of consulting and guiding his clients during the purchase and sale of their largest and most personal asset to be exciting and very rewarding.
Prior to joining PPSIR in the winter of 2011, Erik spent 16 years selling and developing homes in Hudson County – especially in Hoboken, Jersey City, and Weehawken. He became licensed as a Broker in 2005.
Erik earned a BFA in Acting from Tulane University in 1989, and has preformed professionally on the stages of New Orleans, New York, London and Edinburgh. He is married and has 4 children.
